Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original
packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@huckandhope.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
Edifici Bellavista Escala B,2n 3a, Canillo, Soldeu, AD100, Andorra
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent
back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Andorra, shipping your
goods may take longer than expected.
You can always contact us for any return questions at support@huckandhope.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that
we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
All Pre-order sales, limited edition or discounted products are final.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for
the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be
automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or
credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@huckandhope.com.

Hi!

I’m James or ‘Jamez’ to some, founder of Huck and Hope.

I’m originally from the UK and first came Andorra on a two week ski holiday. It didn’t take long to fall in love, from skiing and mountain biking to the mountain air and incredible views, this place had it all.

As a relatively quiet person growing up I used fashion as a way of expressing myself.

‘Sometimes the quietest people have the loudest style.’

I started Huck and Hope as a creative outlet for myself designing clothes that I want to wear and hopefully you do as well!

I want to empower you to believe your wildest dreams can come true, big or small.

In my eyes it means always striving to be the best you in everything you do.

So Whatever you do

As a young company and new to this type of business the learning curve has been steep but rewarding.

In an effort to reduce the use of plastic and conserve the beautiful world we live in we are currently switching to recyclable materials where we can.
